Author warranty: Persons submitting an abstract to Congress do so with the understanding that they and all the authors listed on the abstract will abide by the guidelines, conditions, deadlines, policies and decisions of the Congress Board of Directors and Program Committee.

  • The deadline for abstract submission is January 12,2015 at 11:59 P.M. Pacific Standard Time. Abstracts will not be accepted after that time.
  • Abstracts must be submitted via e-mail: jorthopaedic@cgmh.org.tw.
  • Notification of acceptance will be on January 20th, 2014, Pacific Standard Time.
  • Authors do not have to be members to submit an abstract.
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts that can be submitted for consideration; however each presenting author will be limited to no more than two paper presentations during the Congress.
  • If the abstract is accepted for podium presentation, all presenters must speak in English, and be prepared to answer questions from the audience in English.
  • All presenters, co-authors, faculty members, etc. who will attend the Congress are expected to register for the meeting and pay all registration and travel costs. No exceptions are made. If attendance is dependent on outside funding, please secure financial assistance before submitting an abstract.
  • Abstracts are only accepted for consideration via the online abstract application form. Abstracts submitted in any other fashion will not be considered for presentation.
  • The Program Committee will make final decisions on the mode of presentation however; efforts will be made to comply with the stated preference, paper/podium, poster or e-poster presentation.
  • Presenting Authors must complete a Financial Disclosure Statement
